If you’re coming to the Vendée, the must-see leisure park is Puy du Fou. This park is one of the best in the world; you can visit it during your stay at camping la Grande Vallée.
Before you set off, you’ll need good shoes and comfortable clothing, because a day at the Puy du Fou is never a quiet one. If you’d like to take in as much of the sights and sounds as possible, you can start planning your day in the morning, thanks to the schedule available on site.
The shows
Bal des oiseaux fantômes, Chevaliers de la Table ronde, le Secret de la Lance, Les mousquetaires de Richelieu, le Mime et l’étoile… these are just some of the shows that will amaze you with their unique universes.
You’ll be able to travel back in time, from antiquity to Roman times, the Renaissance and modern times.
Some shows are not scenic, but rather immersive. You’ll have to wander through galleries and corridors, immersing yourself in different worlds.
